Website and campaign data

We store website domain and name, campaign content and targeting rules, pseudonymous session identifiers, campaign events, conversion value supplied by the customer site, and captured form fields. Customers are responsible for publishing accurate consent language and having authority to process visitor data.

Account, marketing, and commercial data

We may store account email, early-access email and consent status, license status, plan, usage counts, payment references, and support history. Customer-site leads are kept separate from aggregate product analytics.

Retention and deletion

Early-access email is kept until unsubscribe or a verified deletion request, subject to any minimal suppression record required by law. Account, campaign, lead, and license records are retained for the access term or until an eligible deletion request, plus any legally required period.
