For solo paid-media consultants and 2–5 person agencies Meta + Google CSV reporting No per-client subscription

The anti-dashboard reporting tool

Stop rebuilding the same client report every month.

Upload the ad export you already have. AdBrief checks the inputs, calculates the defensible metrics, applies your branding, and turns the recurring mess into one clean client report.

If your workflow is export → spreadsheet → screenshots → slides → PDF…AdBrief replaces the middle.

This is probably not your first reporting tool

You do not have a data problem.
You have a report assembly problem.

Your platforms already contain the numbers. Your judgment already contains the useful context. The drag is everything required to turn those two things into something a client can read.

1

Export the platform data

The easy part.

2

Repair the spreadsheet

Rename columns. Fix formulas. Check the date range.

3

Rebuild the presentation

Move charts. Update logos. Nudge boxes back into place.

4

Write the actual insight

The valuable part—after all the presentation work.

The report question this workflow is built to answer:

“How did we do—and what should I know?”

A deliberately boring mechanism

Export. Verify. Brand. Deliver.

No integration project. No dashboard builder. No mystery math. The constraint is the product.

01

Upload

Drop in a supported Meta Ads or Google Ads campaign CSV. No ad-account login or connector setup.

02

Verify

AdBrief maps common columns, rejects broken inputs, and labels metrics it cannot calculate.

03

Brand

Choose the reporting period, add your client identity, and write the context only you can provide.

04

Deliver

Review the report on screen, then open the licensed print-to-PDF flow when it is ready to send.

Why CSV-first is the point

You were told the “upgrade” was connecting every account forever.

That makes sense when your client needs a live dashboard.

But when the deliverable is a reviewed monthly PDF, the connector becomes another system to configure, permission, monitor, and pay for.

AdBrief takes the less fashionable route: you keep control of the source file, the product handles the repeatable report work, and your client gets the artifact they actually asked for.

  • No OAuth tokens or ad-account credentials
  • No automatic refresh changing numbers after review
  • No per-client pricing ladder
  • No attribution claim hiding behind a pretty chart

The report is the product

Everything needed to look prepared.
Nothing that creates another reporting operation.

Choose the right tool for the job

Manual deck, reporting suite, or AdBrief?

AdBrief wins only when the job is a recurring, reviewed client PDF. If you need live access, choose the live platform.

AdBrief is probably for you if…

You manage a handful of paid-media clients and still build periodic reports by hand.

  • You already export Meta Ads or Google Ads data
  • Your client expects a polished PDF, not another portal
  • You want repeatability without surrendering review
  • You can accept a constrained workflow to avoid a recurring suite
See if the workflow fits

Skip AdBrief if…

You need the data to update itself.

  • You need live dashboards or scheduled emails
  • You require arbitrary formulas or cross-channel attribution
  • Your clients need their own logins
  • CSV upload is a nonstarter for your team

That is not an objection to overcome. It means you need a different category of product.

Read this before buying

The objections that matter.

Still unsure whether your export will work?

Send sanitized column headers →
Is CSV upload the catch?+

It is the tradeoff. AdBrief does not silently pretend to be a live dashboard. You export a supported campaign report from Meta Ads or Google Ads, upload it, verify the mapping, and create a point-in-time report.

What if a column is missing?+

The validator explains what is missing or malformed. AdBrief does not invent absent values. Dependent metrics are marked unavailable, and ROAS appears only when defensible conversion value is supplied.

Does AdBrief tell clients what caused performance?+

No. It summarizes supplied platform data and shows explicit calculations. It does not make causal attribution claims or present black-box strategy as fact.

Do you keep the advertising CSV?+

Raw advertising rows are processed in browser memory and are not deliberately stored. Account, order, license, annual usage, and privacy-safe product events may be stored as described in the privacy notice.

Can I see the product before buying?+

Yes. The sample workflow loads synthetic data automatically. You can inspect the validation, metrics, branding controls, and complete report preview without a card.

Why not just use a spreadsheet?+

Keep using one if the flexibility is worth the repeated assembly. AdBrief is for the operator who wants a consistent, client-facing deliverable without rebuilding the presentation layer every month.

Is this lifetime access?+

No. Starter includes one year of access and compatibility updates. Pro includes five years of access. Both have stated brand and annual export limits.

What support is included?+

Support covers documented use and supported CSV formats during the access term. It does not include campaign strategy, unlimited custom mappings, or bespoke design. A bounded setup service is available separately.
